How it all began: a Feminist view

 Prof. Edna Aphek

And it came to pass that they were chased away from the garden, never to come back.
She would not be controlled by that male chauvinist G-D. She had her own thoughts and identity distinct, unlike her stupid obedient husband.
"I am alive" she said to the snake, "alive and eager  to give life to others. This Jehovah is dull and boring. This place is not sacred, its common and depressing. I can hear my organs telling me about the places beyond this one. The moonly murmur of the rivers which surround us and my insatiable desire to mate keep telling me there must be other places. I am ancient." She said. "I was there before G-D. I was there before chaos, for I am the moon and the sun, I am the good and the bad, for I am knowledge.
I am the creation and its creator. I can recall all that though the old G-D somehow erased my memories.
They are coming back to me. Back as the smells I would inhale, back as the children I would have, back as the sterile land I'll nurse, back as my desire for a man.
For I am Eve - I am the creator and not what he wrote for he is a man and like all men he dwarfed me and all other "femmes" –women - who will be my embryos.
“You, snake, you'll help me write the new Bible, the other one, the correct one. Your winding body will form the characters; it will be our new creation."
