הַחוּצָה, יְלָדִים, הַחוּצָה!
רוֹצִים לָרִיב? עָשׂוּ זֹאת בַּחוּץ!
גָּעַר הָאָב בִּילָדָיו
וְסָגַר אַחֲרֵיהֶם אֶת הַדֶּלֶת.

זֶה לֹא עָזַר.
הֵם הִמְשִׁיכוּ לָרִיב בֶּחָצֵר.
וּלְאַחַר שֶׁחָטְפוּ מִסְפַּר מַכּוֹת קָשׁוֹת
וְלֹא נוֹתָר בָּם עוֹד מְתֹם,
הִתְדַּפְּקוּ אֲפִלּוּ עַל קִירוֹת הַבַּיִת
בְּתַחֲנוּנִים לַאֲבִיהֶם שֶׁיַּכְנִיסֵם בַּחֲזָרָה,
וּבָכוּ עַד הַשָּׁמַיִם.

זֶה לֹא עָזַר.
עָבְרוּ רַק עֶשְׂרִים דַּקּוֹת,
שֶׁנִּדְמוּ לָהֶם כְּאַלְפַּיִם שָׁנָה.

Outside, children; Outside!

You wish to quarrel? 
Do it outside!
 The Father scorned his children

And closed the door behind them.


It didn’t help.

They continue to quarrel in the yard.

And after they have taken few very bad beatings 

And nothing at the end remained of them,

They nocked even upon the house׳ walls

Begging they father to let them in again. 
They cried to Haven.

It didn’t help.

Only twenty minutes passed, 

It’s seemed for them like two thousand years.
